TEE designs, manufactures and supplies, among others, the following products:
Rubber mill liners Increase wear life and reduce downtime in medium to fine grinding applications (from primary ball milling up to tertiary milling). Liner profiles are designed to fit the mill drilling pattern, optimum ball trajectories for maximum grinding efficiency and optimum liner life.
Chute liners are used to transfer ore from the feed conveyor belt into the mill.
The TEE chute liners are design with a minimum obstruction to ensure a smooth flow into the mill and to avoid “ore hangups – chute blocages”.
TEE can either design the liners for an exisiting chute or we can completely redesign the whole hopper (fabricated structure+mill liners) when needed.
Pan liners-pulp lifters are used to transport pulp once it has gone through the discharge grates.
TEE designs and manufactures radial as well as curved pulp lifters.
TEE manufactures new flotation spares (rotors and stators).
A cheaper option is to refurbish these parts when they are not too badly damaged.
TEE supplies nitiride bonded silicone carbide spigots.
Typically ceramics will outlast polyurethane by 8-12 times in wear resistance and are hence very competitive. Further savings are realized through reduced maintenance, and production benefits are realized through consistency in spigot size.
Trunnion liners are potential failure points in a mill as these liners protect the mill journal from wear. Worn liners can lead to slurry ingress, wear and ultimitly journal/mill end failure with downtime as a consequence.
TEE provides custom made trunnion liners manufactured in:
Lip liners are being used on certain types of mills to ensure a smooth transition of the ore from the feed chute into the mill.
The lip liners ensure that the ore is dropped onto the trunnion liners and protects the mill seal ring.
